Plugin for WIM (Microsoft archive files)

Since I could not find a WORKING implementation for .WIM files, I now post my solution here:

- I use multiarc plugin ver.1.4.1.7 + 7-Zip
- 7-zip DOES NOT support adding files to WIM archives (use imageX for mounting etc...)
- the plugin supports extracting of full folder structures
- PERHAPS YOU HAVE TO CHANGE THE "FORMAT"-LINE? - I use german windows XP and Vista!
