Separate tree pane: Bug if press 2nd button on drive letter

The behaviour described in the bug report is either by design, or would be far too complex/time-consuming to be changed

Separate tree pane: Bug if press 2nd button on drive letter

Post by *patxiku »

If I activate the separate tree panel and I navigate to My Computer in it, when I try to press the secondary mouse button on a drive letter, I get an error like this [img=http://img270.imageshack.us/img270/1727/bugseparatepanedj9.th.jpg]

However it doesn't happen if I press 2nd button on a drive letter in the file's pane.

Excuse my English, if isn't so correct.

I'm running beta version on a PIII, 600 mHz, Win XP Pro.

No problem here!

The problem you have is most probably a faulty shell extension.

To correct it, please try the following:
1. Get the free tool ShellExView:
http://www.nirsoft.net/utils/shexview.html
2. Disable all context menu shell extensions one by one (you can hide/keep those belonging to Windows, they are usually OK).
3. Continue until Total Commander stops crashing
