Dialog "Change attributes" Date-Picker focus probl

Post by *HolgerK »

1. Open the "Change date/time:" dialog using the [>>] button.
2. LMB click on drop down button in "date" field (don't use ALT+Down).
3. Select a new date (no difference if selection is done using mouse or keyboard)
=> the "Date-Picker" closes automatically, but the keyboard focus is lost.

You must click once on the dialog, before the dialog retrieves the keyboard focus again.

While working with mouse only, you are forced to click the OK or Cancel button twice to close the dialog!

(WinXpSp2 + Win98)

Kind regards
Holger

I tried to set the focus manually with SetFocus, but it didn't help. The only think that helped was calling mouse_event to simulate a single click on the dialog box background. Does anyone have an idea where that focus goes?

After selecting the date with mouse LMB, the focus is at the date control.
If You press Left or Right, the fields (d.m.y) inside the date control are marked.
But trying to leave the date control using TAB results in a windows error sound.

Kind regards

Same here.

Maybe the visual Calendar 'popup' isn't closed entirely and/or keeps the focus?
