the bug which tcignore.txt make

bug repeat course:
1 enable the tcignore.txt
2 ctrl+z to make descript(then will see the descript didn't refresh imediatally)
but when
1 disable the tcignore.txt
2 ctrl+z to make descript(then will see the descript could refresh the descript contant at real time)

This only happens if you have put "descript.ion" in your tcignore.txt file.
