Because the 16-bit version of TC is now obsolete, the special mention about 32-bit version is unnecessary.

You are right - it is already removed from the German and the Danisch .inc file - but for some reason still remains in the English .inc and .hlp file.the special mention about 32-bit version is unnecessary
