Colored menus in TCMenu
According to several wishes, in TCMenu 2.0 was added ability to use colored menus. I would like to know how many TCMenu users actually use this feature.
I also woild like to get some feedback on another new feature - ability to use text in menu separators. I didn't include this option in the poll, so if anybody uses this feature, just write smth like "I'm using text in separators", please.

I prefer applications which adhere to the Windows theme, besides they are fun tools like media player and such... As long as it's only an option and is disabled by default, it's ok for me.
Text in separators is a nice choice, didn't know that it was possible till now. But, when adding text, the background colour of that entry changes to 0xc0c0c0. Maybe you can just grey out the entry and leave background colour as is or use a colour which is defined in the theme?

I tried both of your suggestions. In the first case separator looks like disabled menu item, in the second case it looks like regular menu item. But in both cases it looks like menu item and this confuses people.icfu wrote:Maybe you can just grey out the entry and leave background colour as is or use a colour which is defined in the theme?
Well, this is what it is, isn't it? Right now it cannot be clicked as well.I tried both of your suggestions. In the first case separator looks like disabled menu item
How is that possible if it has a different colour? I don't mean that it should have the normal background colour but some other colour which is defined in the user's scheme instead of the hardcoded grey.in the second case it looks like regular menu item
Anyway, as long as my normal theme doesn't have a grey background as well, I can live with it, no prob.
