Files names inside of .zip in Chinese locale Windows 7 RC

The behaviour described in the bug report is either by design, or would be far too complex/time-consuming to be changed

It depends on what comes before the dots - if a name which is Russian is interpreted as Chinese, this can have all kinds of unwanted effects...
