Set attributes don't ask for elevation

The behaviour described in the bug report is either by design, or would be far too complex/time-consuming to be changed

Set attributes don't ask for elevation

Post by *MVV »

Topic name says all. When I try to change attributes of a file and admin rights required, TC silently does nothing instead of asking for admin rights.
It isn't a bug but similar.

Sorry, this isn't currently supported. You can try to use Alt+Enter (Windows dialog).

It's sad...
BTW, not all attributes may be set through Windows Properties dialog.
Maybe you fix it for standard attributes in future releases? I mean built-in non-plugin attributes (RAHS and dates)?
