TC7.5 b8 - Sometimes no file context menu

TC sometimes does not open the context menu of file list boxes.

On the left hand side i had a folder on a samba share opened (loked tab),
on the right \\Desktop (not loked).

If i right click in the free space in left tab,
i got a context menu for current opened folder.

Same procedure in the right list box, nothing happens.

OS: Windows2000 SP4
FS: ntfs

Indeed this is a known limitation - the context menu of the Desktop can currently only be opened via right clicking on the panel title (where the text \\Desktop is shown), sorry. The problem is that the Desktop doesn't have a parent folder.
