Error when closing security warning of installation.

I get the following Error, when I cancel this dialog of an installation file.

I dont get something like it in Explorer.

This isn't a bug. Total Commander reports all errors when launching a program or file, if ShellExecuteEx reports one. It's clear that ShellExecuteEx reports a bug here, because the launch of the program didn't succeed.

But its annoying. No error must be reported here.
