Unicode issue.

TC7.5rc2 using Chinese language in Japanese Windows.

Pressing F5 opening copy dialog,then click "Options"("选项" in Chinese)。
Where shoud display “高级选项” (means "Advanced Opitons") shows messy code.

I can confirm the problem, thanks! I found a similar problem in the master password change dialog in Ctrl+F.
