Automatic file list refresh problems

The files in question are located on a VM share. It doesn't work in any of the following cases:
1. directly in share dir
2. in network drive letter
3. in symbolic directory link

In addition when displaying the same directory on both sides and I refresh the left manually the right isn't refreshed automatically.

System and settings:
Windows 7 Enterprise (7600) 32 Bit
Total Commander 7.50a
WatchDirs=51
WatchDirsExclude=(doesn't exist)

What system is running on the target (where the shares are located)? The WatchDirs options only work with NT-based systems, not with Windows 9x/ME or Linux with Samba.
