tc8 can't select text by Click and drag mouse

is bug?
when compare contents two file(press f8 ), it can't select text by Click and drag mouse( edit mode)

I can confirm this for both TC 32bit and 64bit

Both edit mode and view mode are involved. In view mode I can't select multiple lines by dragging a mouse while LMB is held.
