If you open the English help file, section "wincmd.ini", it terminates at the following line:

Startup=0
Stores mode and font used when lister is opened:

Confirmed for the English helpfile.

In the German helpfile the wincmd.ini chapter seems to be complete (quickly comparing it to the helpfile coming with v7.56)

Indeed it seems that it was cut off because there is apparently a 64k limit per page in HLP files - I'm currently producing a HLP file first, which I then convert to CHM.
