Scrollbars and mouse wheel don't work in QuickView when QuickView is displaying an image larger than the panel.

A similar behaviour in the Lister was reported a few days ago.

I can confirm that for both Quickview and Lister, when IrfanView is used as viewer.

It's the same problem as with standalone Lister.

Fixed in TC 8.0b2

The image is only scrolled AFTER the slider is released - in contrast to using the scrollbar arrows or the scroll wheel.
