It is a beta :) final version's title won't contain this character.

BTW 64-bit version displays right character - ß.

Actually this may be working in beta 2 now, can someone test it please on a Russian system?

I tested in a Russian WinXP and in an English XP x64 with Russian locale — in both cases the "ß" character is shown correctly.
