[8.0ß2-x64] Config dialog has no selected page initially

[8.0ß2-x64] Config dialog has no selected page initially

When I call the Configuration -> Options menu item, the dialog is opened, and though the Layout page is shown in the right pane, the Layout page name is not selected in the left pane.
