[8.0ß23 x64] Image OLE tooltip crash

Seems to be fixed in beta 25. No crash when showing a tooltip nor when deleting a file.
Windows 7 Pro x64, Windows 10 Pro x64

Looks like it's fixed on my end too. It doesn't crash anymore with the test image that was provided in the topic.
