Wrong icons in a Separate Tree

Post by *umbra »

1. Prepare a TC with a clean ini
2. Add IconOverlays=1 (not mandatory, but with this, the bug happens more often)
3. Start TC
4. Navigate to any subfolder on any drive (again not mandatory, but this way, you can see the problem better)
5. Enable the Separate Tree on both panels

Drives and a few of their subfolders get a completely different icons than they should have. This is not a 100% reproducible, so you might need to disable and re-enable the Separate Tree a few times to see it, but it happens quite often.

Tested TC 8 (x32 and x64), TC 7.57a and TC 7.56a on Windows 7 x64 and Windows 8 (x32 and x64).

Cannot reproduce, I have overlays on all the time. What icons do you get?

Here is a quick video: http://s1057.photobucket.com/albums/t399/uumbra8/TC/bugs/?action=view&current=11-6-icons_in_tree.mp4
Watch folders AMD, ATI and inetpub. Normaly, those folders have no special icons.

Also, those wrong icons don't seem to be random. Image: http://i1057.photobucket.com/albums/t399/uumbra8/TC/bugs/11-6-pattern.png (use the numbers in the left part of the picture as a lead)

Thanks, I think that I found the problem now - it seems to happen because the sub-branches are expanded while the icons of the main tree are still being loaded.
