space in a filename is ignored in the 2nd "Natural sort

Post by *leopoldus »

A space symbol in the beginning of a filename and the second and further spaces in the middle of a filename is ignored, when using the sorting option
"Natural sorting: by character code and numbers".

Is it a bug or feature? As much as I remember, there was not such effect in TC older versions.

This mode uses a Windows function (StrCmpLogicalW). The behaviour of this function depends on the current language (locale) settings. TC itself does not alter the names when passing them to the above function, so apparently it ignores spaces in your locale.
