+[8.50pb1x64] VerifyCopy -> wrong processed MB in bg-copy

I did:
1. Add "VerifyCopy=1" to ini
2. Start copying a file
(file info:  TapeHQv2-MP3.iso   2 597 224 448   23.08.09 23:29   ra--)
3. Nearly 5...6% completed push "background"
4. Wait for 50% and see "1238.4M/2476.9M" instead of "2476.9M/2476.9M" (IRL file's been already copied at this step, resmon proves it)

Tested and found in TC ver. 8.50 pb1 x64 @ Win7 x64 SP1 Prof.

01.09.13 Fixed: Verify after copy: "Bytes copied" value wrong in background dialog (32/64)

Fix confirmed with TC850 Beta2.
