As I wrote in the linked thread I can always reproduce it, even in TC 8.5 beta1 (x32 and x64).

Can anyone else confirm this bug?

Not confirmed.

Default link color is in every 8 combinations (x86, x64, with/without utf8, Lister, Quick View) dark blue.
After changing the link color to pink, the link is shown in pink.

TC850 pb1 x86 & x64, fresh.ini-file, Windows 7 x64

2HolgerK
Did you set Uniscribe=0? With Uniscribe=1 the links are colored correctly.

Well, I can't think of anything else I could test as I'm using a clean INI already. Is there any way I can assist to find out where the problem is?

@HolgerK: Did you restart TC after setting Uniscribe?

Yes i did.

Argh. But i found a beginner's mistake :oops: :
The section [Lister] was placed twice inside wincmd.ini :!:

Now, after i've corrected this, i can finally confirm that the link inside the utf-8 file is colored in listers TextColor (FgColor) an not using LinkColor.

I can confirm the problem using latest TC8.50B1x32 & Uniscribe set to "0" in wincmd.ini :!:

I've tried the sample file on the bottom of this post, and even though its a clickable link in Lister (in HTML view) its color is black, even if Link color is set to blue.

Sample file: http://bluesoft.hu/software/others/tc_listertest.zip

Screenshots:
Uniscribe=0
Uniscribe=1

Confirm the fix in 8.5 beta2 (32 and 64 bit).

@ghisler: Thanks although the fix took so long :).

I wonder why you don't use Uniscribe, is there any problem with it? It's much much better for dealing with right to left text and other special scripts...
