+[8.50b1] Rar5: TC fails to open/test encrypted header

Post by *Biozynotiker »

TC has problems to recognise RAR5 encrypted archives,
if the archive header is also encrypted (-hp command).
TC fails also to test such archives.

TC 8.01 do shows a password prompt instead.

How can I create such an archive? Does anyone know how to recognize it?

I done this with this parameter:

rar.exe a -m5 -md32 -ma5 -hpPASSWORD <archive.rar> <files2add>

Be sure you add "-ma5" to create V5 archives.
