+[8.5b4] Background to Foreground is not working

Environment: Win8 64Bit
TC 32/64 Bit

Steps:
1) Start moving or deleting large amount of files
2) While processing click on background button
3) Click now in the backgrounded window on foreground button

observed:
The backgrounded window cannot go back to foreground again.
This bug exists only for DELETE and MOVE. While doing a COPY it works as expected.

expected behavior:
Going to foreground must work like in "COPY"

Confirmed for MOVE, thanks! Not confirmed for delete. What exactly are you deleting? Just files, just empty folders, or both?

It doesn't matter.
You can try it with files. Just copy a lot of files into a folder, mark and delete them....

I have checked it again. It happens in MOVE and DELETE!

Sorry, cannot reproduce. Can anyone else reproduce it? If yes, can you send me instructions like what delete method you use?

DELETE, still buggy. no foreground is possible

Unfortunately I cannot reproduce it - I tried to delete both to recycle bin (F8/Del) and directly (Shift+F8/Shift+Del).

Can anyone else reproduce it?

I can reproduce with recycle-bin-delete -- Foreground button does not work.

Not reproducible when deleting directly.

I am using TC8.50b5 x64.
Windows 7 Pro x64.

Perhaps there is a connection with "Pause" is not working for DELETE, because i could reproduce both problems with the same set of test files and doing a recycle-bin-delete. You could summarize both issues by saying "Buttons in background delete window don't work when doing recycle-bin-delete".

UPDATE: I could reproduce the problem only in TC x64, but not in TC x32.

I could finally reproduce it! The problem was that I had VistaDelete=0 in my wincmd.ini (for test purposes). It's indeed related to the other problem.

Okay, the Foreground button is now also working in the 64-bit version of TC8.50b6 (running on Windows 7 Pro x64).
