A couple issues with Copy and Send features.

This is a great app, however I have a few issues:

1. Everything supports root access except the Send to feature. I would like to be able to send files to other apps for which the other app has no permission. Perhaps copy it to a temp location before sharing it? I have an ext4 dmcrypt image mounted on my sdcard and only root has access to some files in it and I would like to be able to send them to other apps. Currently the only way (besides the shell) is to copy them to the sdcard. I even tried copying to a tmpfs mount but naturally the permissions get copied too.

2. There seems to be no way to paste a file into an empty directory. The only way I can get the menu with the paste option is by long pressing an existing file on the folder.

1. Copying to temp would indeed be a solution, I do this already for plugins (download+edit, download+open). I will consider it.

2. Long tapping on the ".." - "Go up" line should bring up the "Paste" menu item.
