I'm feeding it 128x128 icon, but it resizes it to 32x32, and when the view in windows 8.1 is set to large and extralarge, icon is small with white space around it.
One question, though, maybe I don't understand - can it use multisize icons, so I would have to have multiple picture sizes inside ico file?

It seems 48² is the largest supported size. Unfortunately there is no way to control the behavior from the plugin.

Yes you can use a multisize icon.

Decompressing via CloseArchive() works of course, but we should mention another limitation arising from it:
When enabling text search in archives via PK_CAPS_SEARCHTEXT in GetPackerCaps(), TC will
always use the very same temporary file, probably searching in it immediately after ProcessFile().
And so of course, when decompressing in CloseArchive() only, there will be no chance for TC to find anything in the file.

Yes that's another known problem caused by extracting in CloseArchive.

Thanks for posting this language file. I just saw that there is no Russian language file included in the archive which is a mistake. There is already an existing Russian language file since years. Currently only the SFX part is inclused not the main part. Sorry about that.
No that I have different language files I would like to ask to review the existing Russian language files.

TotalSQX_RUS.lng and TotalSQX_RUS(2).lng is old and some numbers strings don't match.

New file: I checked again and rewrite some strings, but I can not accommodate two strings:

403=Порядок &предсказания
408=И&спользуемая память

(Extended ratio options (SQX 2) > Text compression)
