Auto Rename if file exists, in Download From List

I'd like to see a new function which automatically renames the file about to be written with an incrementing number suffix, if a destination file already exists. 7-Zip has such function for example.

Particularly I want this fuction in the Download From List process, which has the following choces now: Overwrite, Resume, Abort, Rename. I can do it manually with the Rename choice, but it is tedious and I might make a mistake when going through many files.

When leeching files from sites they often have urls like these:

example.net/some_unique_identifier/fragment_1/filename.ts

I don't have any control on what the filename will be, and I end up with a bunch of files with the same name, which I'd like to be named filename.ts.1 or filename_001.ts - any variant would be fine.
