Consider splitter position for column widths

The resize behavior of file column view is discussible when the splitter is not 50%. If I set the splitter to 75% the left window will show show a really large empty column while most of the columns on the right side are gone.

So the idea is to give the additional space to the name column based on the splitter position (instead of just the window width). When using 50% splitter there is no change.

In this example the left window gets a larger name column (takes 75% of the additional width). The name column on the right panel would gain only 25% of the additional width.
