Overlay icons not working for files that has no extension

Hi,

Overlay icons (ex. from TortoiseSVN) are now showing up for files that has no extension, it is just a blank icon.

Perhaps this is the solution to folders missing the icon. http://www.ghisler.ch/board/viewtopic.php?t=44192 They usually have no extension either.

I could reproduce it, it happens with the icons taken from Explorer for standard files and standard folders.
