Overlay icons not showing on folder and some files

TortoiseHg icons working again in TC 9.0 B2 x62 - happy days!

Also, TC 9 always uses system icons for all folders! How to return display of folder icons as they were displayed in version 8.52?

I add line

IconLib=%COMMANDER_EXE%

to [Configuration] section of wincmd.ini to return TC 8.x icons! Yeahhh!!!

Also, badges of network shared folders in the 64-bit TC 9.0b2 version returned together with icons of folders and files from version 8.xx!
