Allow Linux/Unix slahes in paths

Post by *volovyan »

I work a lot with Linux, but use TC for whole lots of tasks (SFTP transfers as an example). TC does not recognize paths like dir1/dir2/dir3/, and fails to open it. I have to manually convert Linux slashes to backslashes.
It would be great if TC could allow Linux-style slashes in paths, but convert them to Windows slashes automatically as needed.

Where exactly do you use paths with slahes? They work in the path bar (right above the column headers), in TC's command line like "cd /home/dalai", and even in the copy/upload dialog you can enter something like "/tmp/somefile.txt" while the root is shown in TC panel. So, please provide more details.
