Some suggestions on this.
1.) The explanation what kind of iconlib is used is only displayed when the dialog is opened. My suggestion: Display a label ' Default icon library for commands in buttonbars and menu'.
2. Behind the caption display the current setting like 'wcmicons.dll'.
3. Change the button caption to something like 'Change' or use well known >> button.
The same could be applied to all kind of iconlib settings.
