Add functionality now available for WebDAV for FTP/FTPS

I would like to have the same functionality now available in WebDAV plugin for ftp and ftps modules:

1. Quick view available for files
2. Double click to open files
3. Tree view

it would be possible?

As a matter of fact, nobody can open a file on a remote file system.

That means TC has to download them first (normally to temp folder).
After you quickview or close the application the file is deleted.

In consequence it makes more sense to download them directly and open/quickview them.
This eats the same disk space and saves a second download if you find the file useful.

Some times I prefer to download files in a temporal directory to see them and delete these files later.

These functions (with automatic download and delete) are already implemented in SFTP and Web Dav plugins and for me it is very useful to see files quickly without wasting space in my disk.

Mainly it is very useful to review little configuration files, without having to save them in specific directories in my computer.
