Icon alignment in command icon lib selection dialog

Nothing serious but as the dialog is now quite prominent I think it's worth mentioning.

In the command icon lib selection dialog the item are much wider than the contained icons. While it's okay to have some spacing it looks strange that the icons are top-left aligned. Maybe it's better to center then inside their item?
