Synchronize tool: automatic vs manual direction marks

That could be considered as a bug or a feature (that is - by design).

For example, if non-equal file was marked by user to be copied from left to right, then after toggling display twice with "Unequal files" button, the file would be missing from the list (and most probably would not be copied).

The logic is understandable, but also it might be expected to see the list as it was before toggling.

Obviously, TC keeps both automatic marks and user marks, but does not always make distinction between the two.

There might be possibilities:
1) Change behaviour so that automatic marks have precedence.
2) Add a checkbox for selecting precedence for automatic marks vs user marks.
