From who and how long time for Licence key?

I finally purchased a licence a couple of hours ago and received the payment confirmation from Avangate. There is no keyfile in that e-mail.
How soon will I receive the keyfile from them or is it sent by Ghisler as soon as possible?

Probably you may have to wait for the normal office hours of Swiss?
There are real people who do the work, no automatic robots

Also there is often a problem with mail provider, who put mails in spam folder, check that out too.



Till then you can use TC for 30 days (or so) without a license key.

Your payment was approved. The order will be fulfilled

Have patience, Grasshopper. Give him a few days before you panic.

We write on the Avangate order confirmation page that we send out the keys within 24-48 hours. We check all the orders manually because people often make mistakes, like not providing the postal code (zip code), spelling errors etc. We handle orders 1x-2x per work day, and 1x on the weekend.
