Order via Avantgate – untrustworthy company

Post by *User919 »

I have ordered Total Commander license few days ago but I still have no key. I have also found that Avantage that provides payment terminal for TC has got really bad references (Google “avangate com trust”).

Does anybody experience bad with Avantgate buying TC?

Check spam - maybe the letter with key there? Sometimes this happens.
It's impossible to lead us astray for we don't care even to choose the way.

Avangate is a payment processor for over 4000(!) companies. If you look at these Google reviews, people don't complain about the actual payment process - they complain because they didn't like some software sold through Avangate, e.g. "l installed their anti virus on my computer and it did NOTHING.". Avangate does not produce any Antivirus. They just process payments for many companies, including Antivirus companies. But "Avangate" appears on the credit card invoice, so people complain about Avangate, not the actual software vendor.

I have direct access to the vendor area, where I can issue refunds immediately. So if you have any problems with them, please contact me directly instead of contacting them.
