Google Drive & Dropbox custom folder icons

Windows 10 x64, TC 9.0a
Have changed all my folder icons. Some of the folder icons will not change when using

IconLib=%COMMANDER_PATH%\files_icons_mod2.dll

The windows icons with overlays in the user directory for example, but these can be changed individually by making the the following changes to desktop.ini in each folder and placing the icon in the same folder.

This works nicely with all 'special' folders except Google Drive and Dropbox folders, which after a day or so will change back to the windows standard icons.
I have set the 'Read Only' Flag on the desktop.ini, but they still revert.
Any solutions ?

Maybe you could change the NTFS permissions for the desktop.ini file (Right click -> Properties -> Security)
