I cannot create folders after uninstalling TC

The behaviour described in the bug report is either by design, or would be far too complex/time-consuming to be changed

If you "install" TC it just copies a few files and create a start menu and a few registry entries.
But it doesn't change your system.
So your problem seems not related to TC at all.

From where have you download TC for installation?

Did you have followed the instructions (from some forum members) to make TC the default WindowsTM file manager?

What means your "etc" statement?

TC doesn't modify anything in Explorer, so your problems must have been caused by something else you did before or after uninstalling Total Commander.
