The firstmnu setting isn't described in the Help file.

Please see the page "Settings in the file wincmd.ini (Part 1)" => Section [Configuration].

They are used by different parts of TC which need to check writability. Only when Test= write fails, an error will be shown (e.g. when the user tries to apply the settings in the main settings dialog).

Confirmed: description of firstmnu parameter was added to TC 9.12 Help.
