ask help for archive

i have a problem about archive described as below:

1. i have a lot of files to be archived in direction as X:/inbox
2. these files will be archived to direction as Y:/archive1 Y:/archive2 Y:/archive3
3. in the progress i have to switch the direction quite often between Y:/archive1 Y:/archive2 Y:/archive3

so is there any easy way to archive files

just to keep it simple:
Open X:/inbox at the left panel
Open Y:/archive1 Y:/archive2 Y:/archive3 in 3 different tabs at the right panel

Now you can switch your destination just by switching the tabs.
