Sync files/folders : MOVE instead of delete ?
It would be extremely handy to be able to move-files-after-comparison, instead of deleting them. Reorganising groups of files into folders will be a lot simpler.

I'll try to explain :
A folder with 4000 files needs to be split into 8 sub-folders, each holding 500 files. Easy to do with TC...
So Folder 'A' now has folders 'A1'..'A8', alltogether 4000 files.
Then this folders has to be synchronised with folder 'B'; this folder is an exact copy of the original 'A' and sits on a second disk. I now have to delete 4000 files in 'B' and copy 4000 files into 8 sub-folders.
Moving would be a LOT quicker an easier !!!

Support.
Similar wish for changed names of files or dirs: [wish] Renaming files within the "Synchronize Dirs"
Moving would also be safer than delete+copy, because the contents are not touched.

Who the hell is General Failure, and why is he reading my disk?

I've made a similiar request before: Synchronize Dirs after Sub Dir Branch View enabled
I.E The ability to ignore the difference in path when filenames are unique.
So:
D:\Backup\A00\File001.txt == E:\Source\File001.txt
D:\Backup\A05\File555.txt == E:\Source\File555.txt
[x] Subdirs, Ignore Path
Both panes compared from their CurrentDir as the DirBranch root, paths ignored, and Files matched against the first file (in the other pane) with the same name.
Synchronized files would copy/overwrite into their existing folders. Any files that are NEW would copy into the DirBranch root of the opposing pane.

I would like to see a file operations sub menu in the Synch dialog, similar to Funduc Search & Replace feature:

In the Search dialog I'm using the workaround "Feed to listbox" plus TreeCopyPlus plugin to copy/move/delete the files incl. full path of the search result.
For SynchDirs I have to duplicate left or right folder so that left and right folders are maintained without a change.
Result should be:
1) left folder with all files (TOTAL)
2) right folder with subset of left (Batch_1)
3) new folder (TOTAL minus Batch_1=Batch2)
An additional file operations menu might be too complex in the synch dir but maybe a "feed to listbox" option for one side (left or right) could help here instead of adding a new dialog so that any file operations can be done in the listbox plus TreeCopyPlus plugin.
Thanks for support
