is there any way in Total Commander to find files by extension, copy it with directory and with the all content of the folder, where was the file found?

You want to find an folder which contains a special file type?
Next copy that whole folder?
I guess this is not possible with TC.
You will need to run a system script like VBS or PoSh.
TC can run that script and provide the current active and the target panel path as parameters.
Pseudo code:
- select "main" (top level) folder in source panel (active one)
- execute the script
- for each folder and sub folder...
--- if found Extension 'xyz' THEN copy Parent-Folder to Target panel (inactive)
