Search in separate process doesn't work on \\Desktop

Post by *DrShark »

On try to search in \\Desktop (cm_OpenDesktop) or its subfolders with Find Files (Alt+F7/cm_SearchFor), TC adds real fs path of a folder into "Search in:" field, so it's possible to search immediately.

When Find Files in separate process (Alt+Shift+F7/cm_SearchStandalone) started from \\Desktop or its subfolder, TC adds virtual \\<path> into "Search in:" Find Files field, so search can't be started:

Code: Select all

Total Commander
---------------------------
Search path not found!

ОК

Confirmed, but I never had any reason to search starting from \\desktop.
There are only links and special entries so it doesn't make sense for me.
