[9.12] Can't set display width to more than 120 in Lister

Post by *MVV »

On modern wide screens 120 with default font is only a half of screen width, so please remove the limit. It would be perfect to have dynamic wrapping according to window width though.

E.g. I'm trying to view log files with long lines, and w/o wrapping I have to scroll them even on FullHD monitor, but current wrapping limitation wraps lines in the middle of screen so it is quite inconvenient to view long lines in such mode.

Edited:

Sorry, setting larger display width works fine, the bug was caused by read-only wincmd.ini.

Agreed the limit in pure lister should be changed.
I'm use the CudaLister lister plugin which doesn't have such small limit.

Mal angenommen, du drückst Strg+F, wählst die FTP-Verbindung (mit gespeichertem Passwort), klickst aber nicht auf Verbinden, sondern fällst tot um.

Sorry, you're right, it works fine, most probably the bug was caused by wincmd.ini ACL that was accidentally changed.
