Plugin interface question

Hello,
I saw Clo's idea about making MakeBar plugin (plugin which adds extra button bars to TC), and have a question: has TC interface function for this, for calling plugin when user add buttons to TC bar?

2Clo: If TC has no such function (i cannot find such fucntion in plugin interface helps), maybe it's a good idea to write not a plugin, but utility for this? I.e. MakeBar.exe.

Or it must be plugin?

- It could be an external EXE, if a W*X library is not possible, no problem!
- The utility might be started as described in the document, though…
- Hence, nothing to load if not needed, it could be even better.

Ok, if I have enough time, I'll try it.
I already have tcButtons.pas unit whitch works with TC button bars...
