Ext2 plugin problem

Post by *Bauke »

I installed the Ex2fd plugin.
In the networkneigbourhood I am able to see the Linux drives.
But... when I click one I get the following message:

Ext2 plugin: DIR \hda7
Function ReiserReadDirList not available, cannot access Reiser FS!

Where and how do I get this function?

Using version 6.03a and Win XP Pro

Any suggestions?

Thanks in advance

I don't think reiserfs is supported.
Only ext2 and ext3

According to the documentation only Reiser 4 isn't supported.

ReiserFS certainly is supported.

Did you extract all the DLLs (Diskio.dll, DISKIO2.DLL, RAWIO16.DLL, RAWIO32.dll, rfsdll.dll) that came with the plugin?

Well, all the files from the "output" dir of the ext2fs.zip
need to be together, just like in the zip.

Villampiro,
Yes it should, I haven't tested Ext3 personally.

Bauke,
You're welcome. :)

There should be no problems, Ext3 is just Ext2 plus the journal.
