[TC 11.02 32-bit] FTP Connect: window resizing to smaller than minimum

When using 64-bit TC, the FTP Connect window cannot be resized to smaller than a certain minimum size. This is not the case for 32-bit TC.

• Start TC 32-bit
• Select menu option Net/FTP Connect (Ctrl+F)
• Resize window to very small (screenshot)

Confirmed. TC 9.10 is the first version that I tested that shows this behavior. Versions 9.0a and older are OK.

I narrowed it down to between TC 9.0a and TC 9.10 beta 1 (first public beta), but I cannot find a related entry in the HISTORY.TXT file.

There is currently no size limit defined for this window and may be a few others.
Since it's different in 64-bit, I will add it to 32-bit too just for this window.

This should be fixed in Total Commander 11.03 RC1, please check it!

27.11.23 Fixed: FTP connections (Ctrl+F): Minimum width and height were not restricted (32)

Tested OK using TC 11.03rc1 32-bit.
