associate avi file

how do i associate an avi file to play with media player, or anything for that matter? the instructions on the website are incorrect, atleast for pocket pc anyway. there is no files->associate with options.

Are you using the Pocket PC version of TC?

Mal angenommen, du drückst Strg+F, wählst die FTP-Verbindung (mit gespeichertem Passwort), klickst aber nicht auf Verbinden, sondern fällst tot um.

It's a bit tricky:
1. go to the root dir \
2. Double click on the \\ item
3. Open the registry plugin
4. Open key HKCR
5. Go to an extension which is associated with media player
6. Check its default value
7. now create a new key named .avi
8. set its default value to the above

Yes, it's a lot of work, but currently there is no automatic way.
