[REQ] Tabs remembering unreachable folder
When I close TC at my working place and open it at home, some tabs contain network folders that are unreachable from home. If I try to open the tab, it forgets the location immediately. Thus the next time I open TC at my workplace and want to continue with my work, I have to open the network folder again. Could it be implemented that TC shows such folders as disconnected or something similar but still remember them across sessions?
I switched to Linux, bye and thanks for all the fish!

Sorry... I meant that you can learn which of your tabs are pointing to invalid paths right now. So, you return home, run the function and from now you would NOT access tabs, say, ##3, 7 & 8. That is, the situation you describe asSanskritFritz wrote: Thanks, but this is almost exactly the opposite of what i would like to have
is not anymore possible. If I try to open the tab, it forgets the location immediately
Did I managed to understand you this time?

Oh, I forget one more thing. With the same script you can highlight all invalid tabs. So, your law would be "Never switch to highlighted tab!".

2SanskritFritz Did you manage to keep invalid tab ?SanskritFritz wrote:I absolutely am amazed by PowerPro, I did use it several years ago myself. Never being able to get used to the preferences dialog, i soon switched to another program, and i admire AutoHotkey nowI want you to be the PowerPro admirer like me
I'm facing the same trouble with some subst (I use a lot), network drives and usb sticks.....
It is very dissapointing to have a tab folder brutally changed if a drive is not valid anymore specialy with the src/tgt tabs at launch time !
Does it exist a way to inform tc that invalid tab can only be changed on request ....
The only way i found is to lock all sensible folder tab.... but a simple and integrated message box would have been more convenient. ( let say adding to the drive box a keep invalid button ! or really do nothing if you close the messagebox !

I am not sure you mean the same, but my TabTools script not only detects invalid tabs, not only informs the user about them, listing all of them, but even close invalid tabs.
